Hello, my friend!
I’m Xuan Klevecka
I’m a writer, mindful living coach, homeschool blogger, Podcaster, and YouTube creator (basically, I wear a lot of hats—and most of them are cozy).
I help overwhelmed women reclaim their time, ditch the constant pressure to do ALL THE THINGS, and find more joy and meaning in their everyday life.
My journey? Oh, just your classic tale of a burned-out mom caught in the spin cycle of hustle culture, juggling a million roles, wondering why I was always exhausted (and slightly resentful).
I knew there had to be a better way.
Enter mindful living. I didn’t flip my whole life upside down—I just started making small, intentional shifts.
Simplifying routines. Prioritizing what actually matters. Finding joy in the regular days, not just the big moments.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other women step off the hamster wheel and create a life that feels calm, grounded, and truly theirs.
Through my writing, coaching, podcast, and YouTube channel, I share practical, no-fluff tools (and the occasional pep talk) to help you build a life that aligns with your values—and feels good to wake up to.
Together, we’ll work on shifting your mindset (goodbye, perfectionism), setting priorities that actually make sense for your life, saying “no” without guilt, and learning how to take care of yourself without waiting for a crisis to force you to.
Think of it as a mix of mindset work, boundary-setting, and practical self-care—with a side of mindfulness and maybe a few deep breaths you didn’t know you needed.
My story…
I’ve always been drawn to the simple things—quiet mornings, warm drinks, a good book—but as life got fuller (teacher, mom, entrepreneur... professional juggler, basically), things got chaotic. Fast.
The responsibilities piled up, and suddenly I was buried in busyness, wondering when my life had turned into a never-ending to-do list.
As a lifelong overachiever, I’ve burned out more times than I care to admit.
(Seriously—if burnout were a sport, I’d have a trophy shelf.)
I was constantly trying to meet everyone else’s needs while ignoring my own—until I found myself stuck in survival mode, numbing out with snacks and scrolling, and wondering why I felt so disconnected from the life I’d built.
I was tired of just getting through the day.
I wanted to enjoy my life again.
Something had to give—and spoiler alert: it wasn’t going to be me anymore.
Then came my third baby—
and a life-altering wake-up call.
Just a few days after giving birth, I hemorrhaged unexpectedly and ended up back in the hospital, lying in a bed with monitors beeping and questions hanging in the air.
It was terrifying, sobering, and weirdly… clarifying.
I wasn’t just tired. I was depleted.
And I knew then: I couldn’t keep living like this.
Something had to change—not just for my family’s sake, but for me.
I needed a life that felt sustainable.
A life that supported my role as a mother and honored me as a whole human being.
That moment in the hospital was the beginning of my slow (and slightly messy) journey into intentional living.
I started decluttering—not just the junk drawer, but my mind, my calendar, and all the “shoulds” I’d been carrying around like a second job.
I learned to set boundaries (even the awkward ones), say no without spiraling, and make choices that actually aligned with my values—not just what looked good on paper.
Bit by bit, things began to shift.
Life didn’t become perfect (still waiting on that), but it became mine—and that made all the difference.
Now, I live in a way that nourishes both my family and myself.
Turns out, it’s possible to care for others without abandoning yourself in the process. Who knew?
I help other women create their own version of a life that feels good to live.
I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, running on fumes, wondering if this is just how life is supposed to be. (Spoiler: it’s not.)
Whether you're craving more calm, looking to simplify your routines, wanting to bring more intention into your homeschool life, or just tired of feeling like you're always last on your own list—I'm here for it. And for you.
Now, as a life coach and mentor,
I won’t tell you to wake up at 5am or journal for an hour every morning (unless you want to—then I’ll cheer you on).
But I will walk with you as you slow down, tune in, and start living in a way that feels fulfilling and sustainable—even with all the responsibilities that come with being a woman in this world.
Let’s create a life that feels like yours.
“Xuan has such a grounded and compassionate presence that simply being with her is a true gift. That she is able to hold space for seemingly anything, for all the 10,000 joys and sorrows in our world, and that she does so with both open-heartedness and clarity, is a wondrous combination. Her groundedness, integrity, and kindness infuse our time together, like an energetic version of a healing tea. I wish everyone could benefit from experiencing her kind and wise attention. My life has certainly changed for the better.”

Here’s a little about me…
In high school, I was voted “Most Likely to Do the Unlikely”—and honestly, that still fits! I never thought I’d get married or have kids, but here I am, a mom of three—two boys and a girl.
I used to teach middle school history, but now I homeschool my kids. So yes, I’m filled with random facts and trivia. You definitely want me on your trivia team!😉
I’m a Manifesting Generator in Human Design and an Enneagram 5w4, which means I’m multi-passionate and love diving deep into whatever interests me.
I’m half Chinese-Vietnamese and half Irish-American... or at least that’s the story before my DNA test threw in a few surprises.
My husband and I actually met while working at a sushi bar—he was the chef, and I was the waitress.
You’ll usually find me in black (it’s a vibe 🖤), but I’m working on adding a little color. And speaking of vibes, I’m a little PolyJAMorous—but 80s New Wave and 90s Alternative music have my heart, which may explain the black wardrobe! 😂
Even though I never felt coordinated, I joined a hālau (a Hawaiian dance school) and danced hula for seven years. I hope to get back into it someday.
I absolutely love to travel and soak up the culture and food of every place we visit. My dream was to have a travel and food show like Anthony Bourdain’s.
And yes, I binge-read just as much as I binge-watch my favorite shows.
