I’m here to help women sidestep mom burnout, reclaim their time, and bring back joy and purpose to everyday life.
Not too long ago, I was in your shoes.
Overwhelmed, stressed, and completely drained, I was doing everything for everyone but me.
My days were filled with endless tasks, and the little time I had for myself was spent mindlessly scrolling, sipping on one too many glasses of wine, and feeling resentment toward the very people I loved.
I wasn’t living a life that fulfilled me or brought me joy.
I felt stuck, longing for a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment but unsure how to find it.
I knew something had to change, but the path forward felt overwhelming.
So, I started small.
I took a step back and reflected on what truly mattered to me.
I began prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries, letting go of things that didn’t align with my values.
Gradually, I made space for myself, for the things that brought me joy.
Through this intentional shift, I found clarity, peace, and a life that felt meaningful and fulfilling.
Now, I wake up each day feeling purposeful and in control of my time. I’ve created a life where I can hike, travel, journal, create art, and read, all while homeschooling my kids, taking care of my family & home, and growing my business.
I no longer feel like I'm constantly running to catch up or putting myself last. Instead, I have space for the things that bring me joy and fulfillment, making me a better mom, wife, and coach.

FAQs
How much time will this program take?
We’ll have six bi-weekly sessions—each about 60 minutes, with a longer 90-minute session to kick things off. You’ll also have ongoing support on Voxer throughout the 12 weeks. Expect to spend a little extra time on self-reflection and putting your new strategies into action.
Do I need any prior experience with mindfulness or coaching?
Nope! This program meets you right where you are, guiding you toward a more intentional, fulfilling life.
How is the coaching delivered?
We’ll chat via Zoom, audio-only, so you can show up as you are, no need to worry about being camera-ready. You’ll also have Voxer access from Monday to Friday for support along the way.
What kind of support will I get outside of sessions?
You’ll have continuous Voxer support for feedback, questions, and encouragement. Plus, you’ll get access to my Simple Life Social Club on Substack and any of my current programs.
How will I feel after completing the program?
Many of my clients feel more centered, clear, and empowered to take control of their time and choices.
I noticed you’re pretty straightforward and might even use some strong language. What if I’m uncomfortable with that?
My approach is direct and honest, and sometimes a little strong language comes through as we tackle tough topics. If that’s not your style, I totally understand and want you to find a coach who feels like the right fit. This coaching series is about connecting authentically, and I want you to feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
